ZeaLutein^® Granules is a proprietary blend presented in a distinctive brick red color, composed of 1% Zeaxanthin and 5% Lutein. These ingredients are naturally sourced from Tagetes erecta (marigold), and Piper nigrum (black pepper), respectively. The blend offers a ratio of Zeaxanthin to Lutein (1:5) that is inspired by the natural composition found in the human eye. The inclusion of piperine aims to enhance the bioavailability of these carotenoids. Role of Nutrition in Eye Health

A recent research at the University of Utah Medical School, Utah, US, reveals that the protective effect of the combination of Lutein and Zeaxanthin is more potent than the carotenoids individually (Li et al., 2010).
